First Access
The First Access page allows the user to choose a region of interest. A state map highlights the
available regions. Archived data is available from the following regions:
- Hampton Roads, and
- Northern Virginia.
- How do I select a region?

The user selects a region by left clicking on an area highlighted on the map. The user
may also select a region by clicking on the region name. Once a user selects a region, they will be
redirected to the appropriate web site and instructed to login. Enter your username and password in the
appropriate fields. To switch regions, return to this page and select another region.
- How do I obtain a username?

Do not bookmark the login pages for the individual regions.
